Italian memory in a lemon version
A delicious, refreshing, but above all surprising version of Italian tiramisu – Ideal for warm days. The undoubted advantage of this dessert is that it is made without baking. We can prepare it quickly at home to get a taste of sunny Italy. Tiramisu, traditionally in a round form, is now served in various shapes – n Poland it is popular served in goblets.
- 400 g of mascarpone cheese Mlekpol

- 6 tablespoons of limoncello lemon liqueur

Panna cotta with Polish accent
How to combine the memory of a hot European vacation with Polish reality? Just prepare an Italian dessert based on cream and vanilla with plum sauce! The dessert does not require baking, it is light, nutritious and refreshing. The shaky texture is loved by children.
- 500 ml UHT 30% Łaciata cream
- 50 g sugar
- 2 teaspoons of gelatin
- 1 stick of vanilla
- skórka grated from 1 lemon
- 600 g prunes
- 80 g sugar
- 125 ml of dry red wine
Parboil a lemon and grate the skórka. Soak gelatin in 3 tablespoons of cold water. Cut the vanilla stick lengthwise and use a knife to pull out the seeds. Put into a pot, add cream and sugar. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally so that the cream does not burn. Remove from heat, take out the vanilla stick. Dissolve the gelatin in the cream. We add skóadd lemon juice. Pour the mixture into bowls. Set aside to cool. Then we put in the iceóset for a few hours, until set.
