  • 500 ml UHT 30% Łaciata cream
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of gelatin
  • 1 stick of vanilla

  • 600 g prunes
  • 80 g sugar
  • 125 ml of dry red wine

Preparation:

Parboil a lemon and grate the skórka. Soak gelatin in 3 tablespoons of cold water. Cut the vanilla stick lengthwise and use a knife to pull out the seeds. Put into a pot, add cream and sugar. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally so that the cream does not burn. Remove from heat, take out the vanilla stick. Dissolve the gelatin in the cream.
